For an international manufacturing company in Bergen op Zoom we are looking for a:

Product Services Engineer

The main tasks for the Product Services Engineer are:

- Plan and execute Operations projects related to new product launches, execution of LPEs, etc. at affiliate level in accordance with agreed business plans;

- Provide support in the process of new equipment industrialization;

- Ensure compliance to all legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability;

- Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with Open+/IOS;

- Act as Pillar Member of IM pillar;

- Contribute to the full year IM pillar plan definition and implementation aligned with OPEN+ Phase journey;

- Participate and contribute to pillar reviews definition and implementation as per defined frequency;

- Responsible for implementation of Standard work process defined in Pillars.

The key requirements for the Product Services Engineer are:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Technology, Engineering or Sciences;

- 3-5 years of demonstrable and relevant experience in similar position in tobacco, food, pharmaceutical or similar industry;

- Professional knowledge of product quality, relevant QA standards (ISO, GMP), regulations requirements and project management;

- Advanced knowledge of root cause analysis, analytical skills and statistical tools;

- Characteristics: pro-active, ability to set priorities, problem solving abilities, innovation drive, client focus, integrity and organizational awareness;

- High level of accuracy and strong administrative skills;

- Natural interest to cooperate with different disciplines;

- Professional command of Dutch and/or English language.
